Responsibilities Reporting to the HR Country Leader, the Temporary HR Administrator will manage HR Admin & Reporting processes for all Italian plants, including multiple legal entities. The role involves providing local partnership and advice to managers and employees on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Data Management, and Employee Lifecycle documentation, working closely with the HR team. The position is based in Vignate, with travel to other Italian sites. General Responsibilities include: Delivering HR services to Italian plants, ensuring positive customer experience, risk mitigation, and process excellence. Managing attendance and absence data, ensuring accurate transfer to payroll, and guiding local HR team members. Being the first contact for internal customers, enhancing the use of HR tools and platforms, and ensuring smooth onboarding. Preparing reports and personnel statistics. Monitoring project initiatives and coordinating with involved parties. Implementing adopted solutions in coordination with relevant teams. Ensuring governance of HR application systems. Supervising personnel administration with external consultants. Producing monthly KPI reports. Maintaining personnel data in SuccessFactors. Supporting annual compensation reviews. Ensuring compliance of employment contracts and employee documentation. Workplace: Vignate, with travel to other sites in northern Italy. Your Profile Education: Degree in human resources, economics, legal, or equivalent experience. Experience: 3 to 8 years of progressive HR Admin experience. Knowledge of Italian laws and industrial collective bargaining agreements. Preferred experience in manufacturing environment. Experience working across multiple legal entities with union agreements. Experience in training and deploying HR tools. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Fluent in English. Strong communication skills. Comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders.
