Who we're looking for At Moneyfarm we understand that our business thrives when our people thrive, and that starts by hiring the right HR professional. We’re in search of an enthusiastic and resourceful HR generalist to support our Talent team in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits and so on. The goal is to ensure the Talent team operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value as a business partner to our organization. Responsibilities - Proactively assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for all offices - Contribute to development and implementation of human resources policies - Facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience - Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance - Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to all level of employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters - Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay etc. - Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics - Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Requirements: - Min 3 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist ideally in Financial Services - Excellent communication and people skills, ethics, and cultural awareness essential - Fluent in English and Italian essential - Knowledge of employment/labour laws in UK/Italy is a must - Outstanding knowledge of G Suite / MS Office, HRIS, ATS and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed - Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset - Aptitude in problem-solving - Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach - Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
