The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing engineering and maintenance activities. This includes overseeing staff development, ensuring compliance with HSE and ergonomic standards, and collaborating with plant operations to improve O.E.E. and processes. The Candidate will also promote safety, quality, and equipment efficiency, handle new process industrialization, coordinate engineering changes, drive continuous improvement, and ensure the publication of maintenance results and KPI. /p h3Overview /h3 pRole focused on leading engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring HSE compliance, promoting safety and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement across plant operations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and organize the activities related to the engineering, maintenance office; /li liOversee the development and maintenance of staff competence; /li liEnsure that all designs comply with HSE and ergonomic requirements; /li liCollaborate with the plant operations team to promote improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness and overall process improvements; /li liPromote improvements in terms of safety, quality, availability and efficiency of equipment; /li liResponsibility of new Process Industrialization within the Plant. PFMEA; /li liCoordinates all customer and internal engineering changes; /li liDrive continuous improvement of processes, quality and cost to maintain profitability and competitiveness; /li liFollow-up on permanent corrective action plans to resolve any outstanding issues related to quality, production, equipment, tooling, customers, and production controls; /li liEnsure process maintenance results and KPI’s publishing; /li liManage plan and control absenteeism, vacations, overtime and recognition process for people within the area; /li liProvide and ensure support for issues escalation process; /li liResponsible for maintaining IATF compliance within manufacturing; /li liCoordinate and supervise external companies working for maintenance; /li liIdentify create and develop together with HR individual training plan if needed; /li liCoordinate with all departments of the plant to develop the annual Capex plan.
