Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and inspire key areas of Human Resources. Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Conduct recruiting, selection and placement activities, initiating and maintaining relationships with outside sources (Union, colleges, student associations, employment agencies, recruiters, etc.).
Orient new employees to the organization.
Plan, implement and monitor training as necessary and work closely with HOD to improve employee skills and knowledge.
Responsible for collecting and verifying employees' documents and other tasks related to payroll processes.
Update and implement internal communications.
Provide project support through development and execution of key processes, events and initiatives.
Assist in planning, development, evaluation, implementation, and administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures and disseminate through manual, handbook, presentations, meetings, etc.
Manage administration, communication and reporting of the hotel's benefits program.
Support reinforcement of Hyatt's Values.
Qualifications
Knowledgeable of professional HR practices in Italy and Italian Labor Law, able to understand contracts.
At least 2 years' experience in the same position within the hospitality industry.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, proficiency in Excel, and ability to learn HRIS system (Zucchetti).
Verbal/written and presentation skills.
Excellent organizational and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong focus on training and reinforcing company culture.
Ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize, and solve problems.
Experience working in a luxury hotel is mandatory.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Legally allowed to work in Italy, holding a valid work permit for the country.
