It draws inspiration from Music, Contemporary Art, Street Culture, and Nature, which combine into a unique expression of Inclusion, Diversity, and Innovation. /ph3Responsibilities /h3olliDefine and implement the overarching marketing strategy across all channels (digital, retail, experiential, influencer, CRM). /liliLead market and brand positioning initiatives to increase brand equity, desirability, and cultural relevance. /liliDrive integrated go-to-market plans for seasonal collections, product launches, exclusive collaborations, and special projects. /liliDesign and execute high-impact product launches and brand events, both physical and digital, aligned with cultural moments and audience behavior. /liliAnalyze performance data and consumer insights to optimize acquisition, engagement, and conversion across funnels. /liliOversee content and communication strategies in collaboration with creative and social teams, ensuring coherence across all brand touchpoints. /liliScout and propose high-impact partnerships, media strategies, and innovation opportunities (AI, AR, community activations). /liliAct as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, aligning marketing vision with business growth objectives. /li /olh3About Byblos /h3pAt Byblos, nothing stands still — and neither do we.
