Your Role As a Booking Manager, you will be the key point of contact for managing and organizing bookings, coordinating all logístical and administrative aspects to ensure that every trip runs smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing Bookings: You will be responsible for updating and managing booking data in our system, ensuring every detail is accurately recorded and monitored. - Coordinating with Suppliers: You will work closely with our suppliers to ensure service availability, negotiate, and resolve any issues or unforeseen circumstances. - Managing Documentation: You will oversee tour documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports, maintaining accurate administrative records. - Preparing Custom Itineraries and Packages: You will support the Front Office team in creating and personalizing itineraries, packages, and bespoke experiences for our clients. - Quality and Compliance Monitoring: You will ensure that business processes are followed, maintaining the high-quality standards that distinguish us. - Cross-Functional Support: You will collaborate with other divisions within the company to provide administrative support and contribute to achieving business goals. What We Are Looking For - Previous experience in booking management or the tourism industry, preferably in a DMC or tour operator environment. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills, able to interact with clients, suppliers, and team members in a professional and clear manner. Knowledge of English is preferred; additional languages are a plus. - Problem-solving skills: the ability to effectively address and resolve any issues or challenges. - Proficiency in booking management software and business-related IT tools.
