The role will involve the following activities:
* Defining and managing planning and control processes and procedures
* Calculating and monitoring costs and margins, implementing actions plan to maximize efficiency and providing indications to accounting department
* Monitoring production accounting with analysis of deviations from production price lists and standard production costs
* Preparing and manage monthly forecasts for the period based on data provided by accounting
* Kpis business performance update and analysis
* Financial and business evaluation of new investment initiatives
* Perform ad hoc analyses by management for the purpose of sharing results and decision
* Provide sales and margin analysis for each business unit and company level
* Prepare budget, monitoring results, and identifying corrective actions in the event of any deviations from the target
* Allocation of cost/revenue items through analytical accounting entries aimed at determining monthly operating results
* Development of business plans and collaboration in management deck presentation
The candidate should have:
* Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar
* At least 7/8 years' previous experience in the required position, preferably in companies of the Fashion and Luxury industry
* Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools, in particular MS Excel
* Fluent in English
* Knowledge of the Mago (Zucchetti) programme is preferred
