Homecare Innovation team is responsible for global design for Domestos, Cif and Living Hygiene brands, one of the fastest growing categories in Unilever. The team’s responsibilities encompass new product development, improving value equation of current products. /p pThe position requires working on multiple Innovation, Renovation and Cost optimization projects under the supervision of the line Manager. This job holder will work within a multidisciplinary team involving internal Unilever functions, external laboratories and suppliers. /p h3KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 pThe Senior Project Coordinator will be expected to develop new Sustainable Future Technologies lead/co-lead projects in accordance with line manager. Deliverables include: /p ul liEnsure the delivery and the quality of all the technical aspects related to the product. /li liEnsure a Safe by Design mix strictly cooperating with SERS and Regulatory departments. /li liWork in cross functional teams involving Procurement, Supply Chain, RD, Marketing to deliver projects OTIF. /li liLiaise with Science Technology Team to create next generation technologies. /li liWork with MIF (Materials Innovation Factory) to adopt automation for quality speed. /li liLeverage digital tools to minimize experiments, maximize output speed up program deliver with more impactful technical solutions. /li liScout new raw materials working with Partners (via our Partner with Purpose Program) and/or new technologies enabling progress in sustainable future targets. /li liCollect, analyze, and record key sustainability parameters. /li liLead and coach a group of technologists. /li /ul h3KEY INTERFACES /h3 pThis figure will collaborate with RD colleagues based in Casale, Port Sunlight and Bangalore, to achieve common goals.
