Eye-Able, a leading company in digital accessibility, is looking for a Go-to Market Sales Analyst with the aim of developing our customer base and supporting the sales team.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone to generate leads for our BDR and Sales teams. This means getting hands-on with scripts, tools, and AI to find and enrich any potential customer who might buy Eye-Able in Italy. We're talking about tons of contacts, and you'll be the one sending them the very first message from Eye-Able. The GTM Operations Business Analyst will be responsible for enabling automation, operational scale, and consistent reporting across the revenue engine. The Senior Analyst will support the execution of end-to-end GTM data and process flows, ensuring leadership has trusted insights to run the business while enabling effective cross-functional collaboration.

* Experience in identifying, enriching, and scoring prospects. Ideally, you're already familiar with tools and systems to identify ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and the most promising leads for Sales. You know how to enrich and score prospects by integrating external sources and AI agents, and you know how to persuade them to try Eye-Able.
* Software skills. You're familiar with SQL and Python or JavaScript, and you know how to implement workflows using generative AI. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you can write scripts to automate processes and integrations when no-code tools aren't enough.
* Sales skills. You know how to craft persuasive messages and adapt them to different channels (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or any other touchpoint). You'll need to communicate clearly, creatively, and convincingly, with a deep understanding of our customers.
* Marketer skills: You're someone who turns every prospect in our CRM into a customer. This means analyzing the data of all our contacts, finding the right message for each one, and creating value throughout the different stages of their engagement with Eye-Able.
* Impact-driven mindset. You're not just interested in "making things work"—you understand how each automation affects conversions, pipeline, and ARR. You'll be one of the people responsible for the results of the entire Sales function.
* Translate GTM Strategy & Operations requirements into structured, system-ready documentation (user stories, criteria, process maps).
* Define and enforce governance policies for accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and activity data across GTM systems.
* Create and maintain a centralized metric dictionary to standardize definitions (pipeline coverage, attainment %, conversion, NRR/GRR, SQOs)
* Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing Ops, Business systems to align strategy, data flows, and reporting dependencies.
* Ensure end-to-end from Lead to Renewal data flows cleanly and are productionized for platform stability.

Reporting line:

-You will report directly to the company's CEO.

Salary:

Annual salary commensurate with the candidate's experience, with incentive bonuses linked to the achievement of personal and company objectives.
