This role is key in strategic competitive analysis and advanced reporting, actively contributing to the definition of communication strategies. We are looking for an individual with proven analytical capabilities, able to operate autonomously and provide significant strategic contributions. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and implement complex offline media plans (TV, Print, Radio), ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. /li liConduct in-depth competitive analyses, translating complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations. /li liIndependently manage and leverage advanced functionalities of media planning tools such as Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, MCS, and NetBox. /li liMonitor and control budgets, producing detailed analytical reports and proposing corrective actions based on performance. /li liActively participate in the definition of communication strategies, contributing data-driven insights and analytical perspectives. /li liEffectively coordinate with internal teams (e.g., creative agencies, media owners) to ensure flawless execution of media plans. /li liPresent plans and analyses internally, clearly and persuasively communicating results, insights, and recommendations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum of 3-5 years of consolidated experience in media planning (preferably within a Media Agency), with specific expertise in offline media. /li liIn-depth knowledge and proven experience in TV, Print and Radio planning. /li liProficiency and advanced usage of industry tools such as Kubik, Arianna, Kimono, AQX, MCS, and NetBox. /li liStrong analytical and strategic capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. /li liIndependent and proactive in project management, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously. /li liExcellent attitude for teamwork and collaboration. /li liPrecision, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong results-oriented approach. /li liBachelor's degree or equivalent cultural background. /li liExcellent command of English (written and spoken). /li liExcellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). /li /ul h3Life at WPP Media Benefits /h3 pOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
