You Will Be Part of Growing Team Reporting to the Site Leader, the Maintenance Leader ensures optimal maintenance performance through effective resource management and adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards. Your Challenge: Contribute to site strategy development and execution as part of the leadership team. Design, implement, and continuously improve maintenance processes, including performance analysis. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Manage the maintenance budget to support long-term strategic objectives. Oversee third-party contractors and enforce plant safety and compliance standards. Lead and develop the maintenance team to achieve excellence in EH&S, reliability, quality, and cost. Participate in EH&S risk monitoring and assessment. SAP implementation in Maintenance Key Stakeholders and Interactions : Work closely with the Area Business Team Implement a Maintenance Plan fully aligned with the production schedule and at the same time will not compromise any CoreAI or Legal requirements. By having a close interaction with the EHS&S and PSM team, insure that all Legal and Internal standards are met and clearly understood by the maintenance team. Request support and guidelines to Subject Matter Expects whenever is needed (Standard implementation, Incident Investigation) Location: _Mozzanica, Italy (onsite position)_ To Grow What Matters, You Will Need Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in maintenance within production facilities. Proven leadership in managing teams and maintenance operations. Business-level English.
