Ph3Position Summary /h3 pThe Product Engineer conducts research, analysis, design, and testing of components, parts, processes, and systems to support the development of new products and the continuous improvement of the Solenoid Valve product portfolio. With limited supervision, leads, coordinates, and administers technical product initiatives, ensuring effective execution across stakeholders and functions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop, implement and continuously improve existing product portfolio. /li liDevelop customised solutions as per customers specifications. /li liDefine validation process for new products. /li liManage own projects by involving all pertinent functions (Procurement, Scheduling, Process Eng., Marketing, Quality, HS, LAB) according to the Corporate New Product roadmap. /li liEnsure all manufacturing documentation is created, implemented, maintained and controlled as per Division quality management system requirements. /li liManage Engineering Change Requests and Change Orders to ensure activities are completed effectively and in a timely manner. /li liMaintain and support all activities related to the local ERP system (namely JDE) – BOMs. /li liIf requested, prepare detailed justification (AFE) to obtain capital spend approval. /li liContinuously work on identifying and implementing solutions to reduce manufacturing costs utilising VA/VE practices with Simple-by-Design approach. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity Degree in engineering or similar discipline or equivalent. /li liGood knowledge of market product. /li liMin of 3/5 years in a Technical Dept role within a precision engineering/electro-mechanical environment. /li liExperience and track record of working in a similar role within the Industrial, automotive or aerospace, beverage industries. /li liAbility to release and interpret technical specifications and drawings. /li liWorking knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system. /li liFamiliarity with the design of fuel (CNG, H2) high pressure regulators for heavy-duty trucks will be considered a plus. /li liProven knowledge of APQP methodologies and IATF16949 will be considered a plus. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liGood CAD software knowledge. /li liTeamwork. /li liProject Management skills. /li liStrong sense of urgency, highly motivated, results driven with a positive can-do attitude. /li liStrong communication and presentation Skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liSolid employer present on the market for over 100 years. /li liCareer growth and opportunities: we hire from within! /li liCollaborative and empowered work environment where team spirit is at the center of our success. /li liCompany values that encourage trust, respect, collaboration and professional growth. /li liOpen environment: we are excited to hear your ideas! /li /ul h3Equal Employment Opportunity /h3 pParker is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on grounds of age, race, religion, ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation or disability in relation to recruitment and employment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
