Your Mission :
We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to join our team based in Castelletto Stura (CN)!
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain employee records and documentation
Prepare and manage monthly workforce and headcount reports
Assist with the implementation of the new HR management system
Support the administration of employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes
The Ideal Candidate :
A high school diploma or equivalent education
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated discretion and a strong sense of integrity
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good command of the English language
A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
A positive, adaptable attitude — and of course, a genuine love for chocolate and gelato!
