RECEPTIONIST - FRONT & BACK OFFICE | AGRITOURISM IN VAL D’ORCIA We are looking for a dynamic and organized receptionist to join our agritourism team in the heart of the Val d’Orcia. This role covers both front office hospitality and back office booking management, and plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our guests from the first inquiry to check-out. A minimum of one year of proven experience in a similar front office or reservation management role within the hospitality sector is required. Applicants without previous experience in this field will not be considered. You will also work closely with the Front Office Manager on guest communications, administrative tasks, and the coordination of services such as events, villa rentals, and experiences. Familiarity with Hotelincloud and cash register software is required. Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an advantage. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, guest-oriented mindset are key qualities for this position. A valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle are required, as the property is not directly connected to public transportation. This is a full-time role, 6 days per week with flexible working hours depending on the season and booking flow. Meals during working shifts (lunch and dinner) are provided.
