Overview
Role
We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.
Responsibilities
* Setting up PC workplaces
* Installations, migrations and rollouts
* User administration via Active Directory
* User support with MS Office, Windows and other software issues
* Deal with stock / asset management
* Provide support on meeting room / conferencing room
* Provide smart hand support for Server and network devices
* You are delivering your users with creative solutions and a service-orientated approach.
Location
Trieste (fully onsite)
Employment contract
1-year fixed-term (with possibility to turn it into permanent)
Requirements
* 2+ years Level 2 Support at large enterprise companies
* Ideally background as IT technician (desktop support)
* Familiar with ticketing system
* Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Good English and Italian language skills
