HR ONBOARDING TRAINEE
to join the Human Resources team and help to provide a seamless and welcoming experience for the new hires.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to learn the ropes of Human Resources (HR) and make a direct impact on the company's growth by supporting the most valuable asset: People.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an HR Onboarding Trainee, you will be instrumental in supporting our new hire onboarding process. Your duties will include:
Communication
: Act as a point of contact for new hires during their pre-onboarding phase, answering questions and ensuring they are prepared for their first day.
Support
: Assist in managing the new hire onboarding tracker, making sure all necessary steps are completed on time.
New Hire Setup
: Collaborate with various departments, including IT and local HR, to ensure new employees have the necessary equipment, system access, and accounts ready for day one.
Orientation Support
: Aid in scheduling new hire orientation meetings and other relevant training sessions.
Record Keeping
: Help add new hires to HR internal tools.
Process Improvement
: Offer suggestions for improving the onboarding experience and administrative processes.
General Onboarding Support
: Assist with various onboarding related tasks and provide entry-level support for general HR inquiries.

Degree & Language skills
: A degree in Humanities or Economics is preferred;
Fluency in English is required.
