Ingenium is an élite advisory firm offering open innovation services to the most cutting-edge scaleups and companies in the Fashion and Luxury Industry, with a specific focus on Made in Italy. We are a fast-growing and fully remote company, working with leading Brands, Foundations, and Universities across the global fashion innovation ecosystem. Our projects and events span the world's most dynamic fashion and innovation hubs — Milan, Paris, New York, Dubai, Singapore, San Francisco, and more.
We are looking for Senior Analysts to join our team and take on high-impact roles across business consulting, innovation research, and strategic coordination, with a strong connection to the Italian luxury and fashion ecosystem. Depending on your profile and strengths, you may also take on responsibility for marketing strategy and event management, leading a small team on campaigns and event execution.
What you'll do:
* Lead and deliver consulting projects: market analysis, benchmarking, strategic recommendations, and client-facing presentations — often focused on Italian brands and supply chains.
* Manage ecosystem relationships with Italian and international brands, startups, investors, and institutional partners.
* Support senior management in project coordination, team oversight, and operational execution.
* Contribute to business development activities: proposals, pitches, and partnership management.
* For marketing/events-focused profiles: lead marketing strategy, content direction, and end-to-end event management, coordinating and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements:
* Master's degree (preferably in Management, Business, Innovation, or Fashion/Luxury studies).
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience in consulting, advisory, or a similar fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in Italian (native or near-native) and English (written and spoken).
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
* Excellent proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work autonomously.
* Knowledge of or strong interest in the Made in Italy ecosystem, Italian luxury supply chain, or fashion/tech innovation in Italy.
* Experience in event management or marketing strategy is a strong plus.
* Proactive leadership mindset with a can-do attitude.
