The Role
We are looking for a Technical Buyer to manage the procurement of mechanical components, outsourced machining processes, and technical materials for precision mechanics. The role is responsible for analyzing technical specifications, requesting and evaluating quotations, and negotiating prices and commercial terms. The Technical Buyer will select, qualify, and manage national and international suppliers, monitor purchase orders, delivery lead times, and supplier performance, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality to resolve technical or supply-related issues. The position also contributes to cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement activities within the Operations function.The candidate, reporting to the Operations Department, will be responsible for managing the procurement of components and subcontracted processes for precision mechanics, working closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments.

Requirements
Technical diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or similar)3–5 years of experience as a Technical Buyer, preferably in the precision mechanics sectorExcellent knowledge of EnglishFamiliarity with ERP / MRP systems
