As a key member of the Pytes Energy Storage Technical Support Team, you will be responsible for providing professional technical support and solutions to customers in the Italian market. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our energy storage products, assist customers with system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, and ensure a stable and efficient product experience. You will serve as an important bridge between customers and internal sales, customer success, and R&D; teams, driving the timely resolution of customer issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Reproduce customer usage scenarios and conduct product testing and issue diagnosis.
Efficiently handle customer technical inquiries and service tickets, ensuring timely response and resolution.
Collaborate with sales, customer success teams, and customers to accurately identify and resolve technical issues.
Provide guidance on energy storage product (hardware and software) configuration, troubleshooting, and remote support.
Deliver on-site or online training to help customers better use and maintain energy storage systems.
Collect and relay product improvement feedback to drive continuous product optimization.
Qualifications:
~2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in energy storage, solar PV, battery systems, or related energy industries.
~ Strong customer service orientation and communication skills, with the ability to address customer issues patiently and professionally.
~ Familiarity with network environments and IoT device debugging, with strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
~ Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and regions.
~ A degree or industry certification in electrical engineering, energy,
