The company
Zurich Bank was established in 2021 through a collaboration between Zurich Group and Deutsche Bank, leveraging their expertise in insurance and finance. In August 2021, Zurich acquired the network of DBFA financial advisors, a leading figure in the Italian financial market since 1986. Zurich Bank obtained its banking license from the European Central Bank in July 2022 and commenced operations in October 2022.

Your role
We are seeking a Business Process Auditor to join our Milan team. You will provide insights through audit assignments, develop an understanding of the business and its risks, and report outcomes. You will interact with senior management, demonstrate your expertise, and expand your knowledge in a dynamic environment. This role offers international exposure and opportunities for career growth.
Main responsibilities
* Develop knowledge of the business and build relationships
* Ensure business safety through relevant audits, defining scope and risks, and using appropriate techniques including data analytics
* Own your audit work, apply professional judgment, and report results according to standards
* Influence the business with corrective actions and final reports
* Share knowledge and contribute to continuous training within the global audit team
Skills and experience
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
* 5+ years in Audit or Compliance within banks providing investment services
* Deep understanding of investment processes and regulations (MiFID, AML, Transparency, etc.)
* Knowledge of internal audit standards and testing techniques
* Stakeholder management skills across all levels
* Excellent project management and organizational skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
* Fluent verbal and written English skills
* Experience with data analytics techniques
* Team-oriented with ability to work independently
* Enthusiasm for personal and team growth
* International certifications (CIA, CISA) are a plus
