Responsibilities
* Manage site materials.
* Maintain relationships with clients and communicate with HQ and other involved parties.
* Coordinate and control all site activities, respecting times, quality, and costs.
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
* Study the contract and technical specifications.
* Cooperate with the Project Manager to define the work program.
* Manage site organization and logistics.
* Verify the progress of work and manage progress.
* Organize regular meetings and update documentation.
Technical Requirements
* Solid experience in structural civil construction sites, in industrial steel contexts or similar.
* Knowledge of construction needs and execution phases.
* Ability to manage sub-contractors in the civil field.
* Ability to coordinate civil supervisors and operational teams for the type of works (e.g. earth movements, reinforced concrete in situ, road works).
* Competence and experience in MEIP type assembly are considered a plus.
