WHO WE ARE
Founded in Spring 2021 in Italy, Neulabs has a mission: to build a new consumer goods platform by acquiring and scaling winning brands. At Neulabs we allocate a lot of resources to the companies we acquire, including brand managers, SEO experts, PPC experts, visual designers, graphic designers, supply chain experts, etc. With this great network of professionals, coming from top tier universities, top consulting companies and successful internet businesses, we can deliver tangible value to accelerate the growth of a company.
We put our roots in Milan, a major hub for startups, innovation and finance. We soon expect to achieve a multinational dimension with openings in the European market.

The Digital Marketing team plays a crucial role in the company visibility by designing, implementing and monitoring marketing strategies globally. People are responsible for maintaining high quality standards, reaching challenging growth and profitability goals.
**Who you are**:
You are a fresh graduate (or still graduating) and gained little experience (side-projects or internships) in digital marketing - knowledge of the Amazon marketplace logics is highly appreciated. You have outstanding skills in interpreting data to transform them into action, with meticulous attention to KPIs and deadlines. You are proficient in English.
We really like you if you are passionate about e-commerce and marketplaces like Amazon.
**What you will do**:
- Create and manage campaigns on Amazon Advertising for clients acquisition or lead generation
- Support content optimization, account and catalogue management, product pages administration, upload images and videos
- Draft action plans CRO oriented, like landing page and funnel optimization
- Conduct performance analysis and reporting
- Follow Amazon features release to integrate them in current activities when possible
- Ticketing management (firefighting)
- "Expand" an ASIN to other markets
- Promotions submissions
- Day to Day Operations
