Job Description: M-Cube is looking for a Project Manager to be inserted in the Operations & Delivery area. The role will be responsible for planning, leading, organising, and executing projects to reach business goals, while motivating the project team to deliver high quality results. The Project Manager will frequently interact with customers to better define, plan and deliver tasks, and manage internal and external reporting. The resource may support other PM activities as needed and help set up internal and external meetings such as Project Update Meetings, Steering Committee and Project Review. All significant project information will be reported to the internal CRM and cloud computing software.
Responsibilities
Define and manage the project scope, objectives and schedule, ensuring timely and regular delivery of value in compliance with costs and quality constraints.
Coordinate and align the different departments and external partners/subcontractors on scheduling and procurement follow‐up; preparation, configuration and shipment of goods; installation of Digital Signage systems and proper handover to the maintenance team.
Organise and lead project status and working meetings with internal/external stakeholders.
Monitor project deliverables and risks, managing non‐compliances and escalating critical issues when needed.
Collect business needs and translate them into internal requirements.
Act as a facilitator between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of project goals.
Validate tasks and sub‐tasks completion, ensuring clear data alignment and proper documentation (equipment, pictures, diagrams).
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a customer‐oriented approach throughout the project.
Required Skills
Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
Technical knowledge of digital environment and of A/V equipment (screens, players, LED walls, audio/video products).
Basic knowledge in IT/networking fields.
Fluency in English and Italian (both oral and written); additional languages considered a plus.
Proficiency with enterprise and productivity software (Windows, MS Office, Web browsers, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong skills in setting and maintaining precise deadlines.
Strong project management and organisational skills, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and a proactive problem‐solving attitude.
Prior PM experience is a plus.
Desirable Skills
Experience in the Digital Signage market, multimedia and omnichannel solutions (DXP One, Scala, BrightSign, MagicInfo).
Familiarity with Salesforce and content scheduling software.
Desirable certifications
PMP or other Project Management certification.
