Based in Milan, eLab Technology is ASW Group's digital hub. It manages the Omnichannel Strategy for European Brands, delivering eCommerce, Mobile, and in-store innovative solutions.
As a Mobile Experience Specialist, you will focus on enhancing customer experience across our mobile apps, rolling out new features, and optimizing existing customer journeys.
You will be part of a young, passionate team and collaborate with business units across Europe to deliver the best mobile experience.

A Typical Day In This Role Includes
Using feedback sources to monitor customer interactions with our apps to identify pain points and opportunities.
Analyzing data such as funnels to understand app performance.
Proposing new ideas to improve customer experience based on your knowledge of our and competitors’ apps.
Designing new mobile experiences with supporting documentation, collaborating with Business Analysts and UX Designers.
Supporting the app development team in implementing changes.
Contributing to marketing and strategic analysis for app positioning.
Working with stakeholders across Europe to ensure app success.

What You’ll Need
A degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields (digital and IT courses preferred).
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager, or in eCommerce trading roles.
Knowledge of Agile methodology is preferred.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
