Experteer Overview
In this role, you will lead and coordinate construction activities within our projects to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will work closely with the project core team and site stakeholders to align execution with the overall project plan and customer requirements. You will drive collaboration across functions, manage contractors, and enforce HSE and regulatory standards on site. This position offers the chance to shape the construction phase of steel processing plant projects at a global scale.

* Initiate, coordinate and control construction activities to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality-focused execution
* Serve as central point of contact for construction during the order execution and for site teams
* Communicate with cross-functional teams including Project Manager, Project Supply Chain Manager, Engineering Manager, and Project Scheduler
* Oversee preparation and management of the construction work package
* Optimize and coordinate construction matters in consultation with the General Commissioning Manager
* Monitor contractor compliance with the HSE plan and escalation of significant non-conformities
* Ensure compliance with legal and customer requirements for safe construction and environmental considerations
* Provide leadership to coordinate, manage and control all construction activities
Responsabilità
* 3/5 years of professional site management experience in steel processing plant construction
* Very good written and spoken English
* Ability to work in a team and flexibility
* Willingness to travel worldwide
* Organizational skills and responsibility with ability to work under pressure
* Open-mindedness towards new approaches and innovations
* Confident handling of MS Office tools
* Knowledge in site erection and commissioning for steel plants (preferred)
