PAmazon Ads is the digital advertising arm of Amazon and one of our fastest growing businesses. We operate at the intersection of commerce, entertainment, and advertising, offering unique advertising products (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display), enterprise ad tech (Amazon DSP, Amazon Ad Server, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Publisher Services), and a rich array of creative, format, and measurement solutions. We provide advertisers with premium brand placements on our properties, including Thursday Night Football, FreeVee, Prime Video, Twitch, and FireTV, as well as on third-party publishers via Amazon Publisher Services. /ppWe start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do, including advertising. We seek an innovative, creative, analytical, and strategic thinker, passionate about digital media and Twitch advertising's future. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role will be highly visible with senior Amazon leadership and requires collaboration with internal teams to identify advantages, risks, and new market opportunities. /ppAs a Sales Specialist, you will develop strategies and solutions to drive adoption of Twitch offerings with advertisers, ensuring investments align with their overall marketing strategies with Amazon. You will work closely with Account Executives (AEs), Agency Development Managers (ADMs), Go-to-Market (GTM) specialists, and Amazon Ads customers. Your curiosity and creativity will lead you in strategizing Twitch solutions, engaging with the advertising community to discuss Amazon’s benefits, and collaborating with stakeholders to create innovative, scalable solutions. You should have experience in buying, planning, packaging, and selling both directly and programmatically, with a strong knowledge of digital advertising, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage C-Suite relationships.
