Within this team you will drive the quality of the supply chain across the Business Units ensuring the compliance of delivered materials components and documentation according to the applicable standards. You will report to the Head of Product Quality Assurance. /p pThe Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for the development implementation and maintenance of processes and activities to assure the required quality level of the supply chain. You will also contribute to the definition of KPI related to supplier quality domain. Additionally you will assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance processes to enhance the reliability and consistency of our supply chain contributing to the success of our space missions. /p h3Key Responsibilities Tasks /h3 pMonitor Supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met. /p pPerform surveillance audits of suppliers. /p pSupport qualification activities of new suppliers. /p pPerform periodic reviews of supplier performance. /p pCollaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues. /p pManage Non-Conformities and requests for deviation/waiver. /p pCollaborate with project teams to ensure the proper flow-down of requirements throughout the supply chain. /p pMonitor and report about supplier quality to ensure compliance with applicable requirements; this includes auditing activities. /p pSupport the establishment and the implementation of standards and best practices in the product and quality assurance field. /p pContribute to continuous improvement in the supplier quality domain. /p pAdditional duties may be assigned as needed. /p h3Requirements /h3 pExperience working on production processes in the Space or aeronautic industry or alternative high-tech and complex industries. /p pKnowledge and field experience of production processes (e.g. electronic board assembly PCB manufacturing sub-system production 3D printing machining composites etc.). /p pExperience with EN 9100 standard. /p pAuditor (part I and II) according to UNI EN 9100 certified. /p pBachelor or higher engineering degree in any relevant area such as electronic aerospace or mechanical/materials engineering. /p h3Skills /h3 pAbility to set audit plan plans and their execution. /p pProven diplomatic ability developed through relationships with suppliers and/or certification authorities. /p pStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /p pProactive attitude. /p pOpen to travel (about 20%). /p pCapability of working in autonomy as well as in team. /p pAbility to work in a fast-paced environment. /p pFull professional proficiency in the English language and fluency in Italian are mandatory. /p h3Hiring Process /h3 pbHeres how our hiring process workssimple and straightforward: /b /p ul libApplication review /b: We go through all applications but well only reach out to candidates who closely match what were looking for.
