We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our team in
Villasanta (Monza & Brianza)
. In this role, you will play a key part in
designing, implementing, and improving supply chain processes
, directly reporting to the Operations Director.
Your key responsibilities
As a
Supply Chain Manager in the automotive logistics sector
, you will:
Lead demand planning and procurement processes in close collaboration with Purchasing
Monitor performance using KPIs, lead time analysis, and cost control mechanisms
Optimize logistics flows, warehouse operations, and inventory management
Perform in-depth data analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Operations
Support the development of efficient, scalable, and future-proof supply chain processes
Your profile
We are looking for a results-driven Supply Chain professional with:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
Experience in automotive, FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics environments
A degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Engineering, or similar
Advanced skills in Excel and supply chain systems (ERP, WMS)
Strong command of English (mandatory xjrgpwk in an international environment)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
A proactive, structured, and hands-on mindset
