PbThe opportunity /b /ppbr/ppbThe Quality Officer reports to the Quality and Safety Manager, who is responsible /bfor leading and coordinating the integrated Quality Management Systems across the organization, with a strong focus on company quality standards. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppbQuality System Management: /b The Officer oversees the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) ensuring cross-departmental integration. /ppThe Officer supervises internal audits, non-conformity management, and corrective/preventive actions, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer requirements. /ppbr/ppbContinuous Improvement: /b The Officer leads continuous improvement projects by analyzing data and KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing innovative solutions. /ppbr/ppbReporting and Communication: /b The Officer assists the QS Manager to prepares periodic reports for senior management, providing detailed analysis and strategic proposals. /ppbr/ppbCross-Functional Projects: /b The Officer supports the QS Manager in managing specific projects related to quality and safety, acting as a technical and operational reference point. /ppbr/ppbOrganizational Relationships: /b The Officer works cross-functionally with all company departments, in particular with the HR department, acting as a facilitator and coordinator for quality and safety matters. /ppbr/ppbKey responsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppbQuality (ISO 9001:2015) /b, bthe Officer: /b /pulliOversees the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standard. /liliCoordinates internal audits and supports external certification audits. /liliWorks collaboratively with teams to enhance process efficiency and performance. /liliMaintaines all quality documentation, including manuals, procedures, and work instructions. /liliLeads quality-focused training and communication initiatives. /li /ul pbPossible additional tasks: /b /pulliManages and coordinates all health safety activities following Legislative Decree 81/2008. /liliDevelops and maintains the Risk Assessment Document (DVR). /liliPromotes a strong safety culture through awareness campaigns and training. /liliCollaborates with the Company’s appointed medical doctor and cross-functional teams. /liliProvides safety support during new employee onboarding. /liliThe Officer can be function representative during internal meetings. /liliThe Officer can be Company representative at Global Group, Proman. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliPrevious experience in companies operating on a project or order-based model. /liliHigh school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. /liliRequired minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. /liliThorough knowledge of quality regulations. /liliProactivity, sense of initiative, ability to organization and time management. /liliAnalytical mindset and proactive problem-solving approach. /liliTeam-oriented with high collaboration skills. /lilibMandatory fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) /b. /liliFamiliarity with business IT systems and tools. /liliPreferable (but not required): /liliCertification as an occupational safety trainer (DM 6/3/2013). /liliInternal Auditor qualification for ISO 9001:2015. /li /ulpbr/ppWe encourage candidates who may not meet every single requirement to apply, as we provide opportunities for growth and learning. /p
