We work with leading industrial groups including bBeko, Electrolux, and Piaggio /b. /ppWe are entering our next phase: scaling our commercial engine across Europe and building a strong, predictable enterprise pipeline. /ppbr/ppbThe Role /b /ppAs a Sales Development Representative, you will own outbound pipeline generation across selected European markets. Your mission is to generate bqualified enterprise meetings /b that translate into a consistent opportunity pipeline. /ppThis is a high-activity outbound role involving daily cold calling, structured outreach, and disciplined follow-up. /ppYou will: /pulliIdentify and prioritize enterprise manufacturing accounts /liliEngage senior stakeholders (Plant Managers, HSE, Operations Directors) /liliExecute multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calling, mail, Linkedin…) /liliSecure bqualified discovery meetings /b for the Account Executive by validating relevance, urgency, and stakeholder fit. /liliMaintain strong CRM discipline and activity consistency /li /ulpYou will operate within Postura’s structured outbound playbook, executing proven messaging, targeting criteria, and outreach cadences. /ppbr/ppbGrowth Impact /b /ppIbn your first or two months /b you will refine your ability to engage senior decision-makers and improve meeting conversion through bstructured outbound execution. /b /ppOver time, you will strengthen your ability to navigate complex industrial accounts, improve conversion rates, and contribute meaningfully to enterprise pipeline creation. /ppYour impact will be visible in the quality of conversations you generate and the opportunities you unlock. /ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /pullib2–3+ years of experience in outbound sales or SDR, ideally within B2B SaaS scaleups or complex sales environments /b /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. /lilibProven experience with cold calling and written cold outreach (email, LinkedIn) /b /liliExperience operating in KPI-driven, high-activity environments /liliStrong resilience and consistency under rejection /liliStructured use of CRM systems and familiarity with modern sales tools /li /ulpbr/ppbLanguages /b /pulliFluent English (company working language) /liliOne European language strongly preferred (Italian, German, French, Spanish) /li /ulpbLocation /b /pulliHybrid - Office in Milan /liliStrong remote candidates across Europe may also be considered. /li /ulpbr/ppbHiring Process /b /pulliIntroductory call /liliRole-focused interview /liliFinal conversation with founders /li /ul
