In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the UA and Creative teams and platform partners to execute and optimize creator-driven campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll identify and vet creators, negotiate partnerships, and ensure every collaboration meets platform policies, creative standards, and performance goals — driving campaigns smoothly from concept to launch. Support creative operations across Social Media, SDK Networks, and Google, ensuring all content meets platform specs and policies. Collaborate with UA and Creative teams to launch and scale high-performing campaigns. Track creative performance, implement feedback, and continuously optimize top-performing assets. Strong understanding of creative specs, ad compliance, and performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, CPA)~ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities ~ Native or native-level proficiency in spoken and written English ~ Our team represents 11 nationalities, speaks 12 languages, and operates remotely from 8 countries.
