We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions. /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pThe Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for leading and optimizing customer service operations within a multinational environment, ensuring that key customers receive outstanding service and support. The role will coordinate and supervise the support to direct customers for the domestic Market and distributors for the EMEA Region. The role involves managing a customer service team, developing service standards and policies, analyzing performance metrics, and handling escalations to guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and manage the customer service team, motivating staff and ensuring consistent service quality across EMEA regions. /li liOversee day‑to‑day customer service operations, ensuring timely and efficient handling of inquiries and requests. /li liInteract with key customers, distributors and sales teams addressing complex issues, complaints, and escalations promptly and effectively. /li liDevelop, implement, and maintain customer service policies, procedures, and service standards aligned with global business objectives. /li liMonitor and analyze performance metrics and KPIs (e.g., service levels, customer satisfaction, response times). /li liCollaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to resolve issues impacting customer experience. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team capabilities. /li liTrain, mentor, and develop team members, identify skill gaps, and provide development opportunities. /li liPrepare periodic reports and documentation summarizing customer interactions, service trends, and improvement actions. /li liMaintain strong knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate and effective customer support. /li /ul h3Skills And Competencies /h3 ul liStrong leadership and team management skills. /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /li liExpertise in problem‑solving and managing complex escalations. /li liData‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and customer insights. /li liAbility to thrive in dynamic and multicultural environments. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Economics/Management Engineering or related field. /li liProven experience in customer service or project management roles, ideally within a multinational organization. /li li3+ years of experience in managing teams and working directly with high‑value or strategic customers. /li liSolid understanding of order management and customer‑to‑cash processes with a focus on export transactions. /li liSolid knowledge of the English language. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liAdditional language skills (i.e. French). /li liProficiency with CRM tools / SAP ERP and customer service platforms. /li /ul h3Location /h3 pMontecchio Maggiore (VI) /p h3Contract /h3 pPermanent - Hybrid /p h3Benefit /h3 pCompany premio and company canteen /p pJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re‑use.
