Client Description: For a global-leading company operating in the mid - to high-end bathroom furniture sector, we are now looking for a Junior Controller. The Business Controller, reporting to Leader Finance Italy, is responsible for implementing trade terms at a financial level,reporting and processing data/information necessary for the development and verification of business performance, in compliance with the corporate strategy. Responsibilities: - Preparation of analysis and reports on product mix and margin; - Analysis on standard cost and updating of internal/requested by HQ reporting; - Budget; - Commission management forecast. Quarterly calculation of commissions to be paid and bonuses with respect to the tracks assigned; - Responsible for creating ad hoc instruments to better understand business and the company performance. - A bachelor’s degree and 2/3 years of experience in role; - Proficient knowledge in Excel, Word, Power Point; - Knowledge (writing, speaking, understanding) of English and local languages.
