Overview
Banca Generali( the leading private bank in Italy for client financial planning and wealth management through a network of private Financial Advisors at the top of their field in terms of expertise and professionalism, is looking for aPMOto be introduced in Milan office, insideProject Governance Unit.
The Project Governance unit is responsible for managing the company's single projects and defining tools and standards for project management in Banca Generali.
It also ensures communication and alignment inside the company, providing project and portfolio status reports to management and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Collect requirements and manage change
Identify and plan deliverables and tasks
Engage and manage stakeholders (internal and external)
Monitor tasks and manage issues
Manage IT test activities
Arrange meetings and project communication
Manage and control project costs vs assigned budget
Prepare project status reports for top management
Qualifications
Master degree in finance, economy or engineering
At least 3–5 years experience in project management in consulting companies or other banking institutions
Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Good spoken and written English
Availability to travel
Ability to work by objective and solve problems
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Experience in managing complex projects
Nice to have
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
