The QA Specialist will work closely with the QA team to perform functional and regression testing of complex systems and applications (web applications, B2B integrations, back-end services, API). You will support the evolution of existing functional tests and ensure quality standards are maintained. You will join an agile, international, and innovative technical team that keeps platforms up-to-date with state-of-the-art technology and builds industry-leading cloud-based systems (AWS). Responsibilities Collaborate with developers during application development from start to finish. Define high-level test plans, create test cases, and execute them for various testing phases. Work with stakeholders to identify needs and gather requirements. Support the design of user stories and acceptance criteria. Develop regression test plans specific to projects. Perform manual testing as needed. Contribute to QA standards and recommend improvements to systems and tools. Review and suggest enhancements for testing tools and technologies. Participate in planning to meet business and technology goals. Requirements Experience working in an Agile environment implementing CI/CD (Jenkins). Defect analysis and management skills. Strong knowledge of Software Development and Testing Life Cycles. Expertise in test planning, test case management, code coverage, and defect analysis. Experience with web services testing, especially REST APIs. Proficiency in SQL queries and creating test data sets. Good communication skills and being a team player. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Nice to have Experience testing billing, payments, and invoicing systems. Experience with stress and performance testing. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes.
