Pharmatec is currently looking for a Senior Project Design Engineer to support a major pharmaceutical industrial project in Emilia Romagna.
You will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of facility, utilities, and process equipment design activities with project expectations and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Main Responsibilities
* Review and supervise basic/schematic design activities for facilities and utilities
* Ensure detailed design of main process equipment is compliant with technical requirements and project guidelines
* Coordinate with external engineering companies to verify the quality and adequacy of design documentation
* Interface with equipment suppliers to ensure compliance with User Requirement Specifications (URS)
* Collaborate with Process and Project Engineers across Utilities, Facilities, and Process Equipment packages
* Support optimization activities related to process cycles and autoclave load PQ
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering
* Previous experience in complex project design within the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong knowledge of facilities, utilities, and process equipment
* Experience working with engineering contractors and equipment vendors
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Fluent Italian communication skills are required
