Overview
In this role you drive and deliver cross‑functional product programs from concept to deployment, ensuring milestones, cost and schedule targets are met while achieving business goals. You work with engineering, marketing, and operations to expand the product line and secure customer satisfaction. You’ll act as the information bridge among senior management, teams, and customers, coordinating complex Silicon IP development and product lifecycles. This is a hands‑on, collaborative role in a fast‑paced environment that values impact and delivery.
Responsibilities
* Manage program execution and day‑to‑day activities to meet plans
* Lead programs to plans and address customer issues to ensure satisfaction
* Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance from MRD/PRD through design, NPI, ramp, to production
* Set milestones, monitor master plans, identify problems and allocate resources or adjust specs
* Collaborate with engineering on design concepts and criteria; expand product line with customer in collaboration with marketing
* Support field sales, improve profitability of assigned product lines
* Provide updates and project reviews; communicate status to management
* Prepare for and participate in annual planning; facilitate cross‑functional task delegation
* Ensure alignment of development/manufacturing tasks with defined timelines
* Act as information hub among senior management, team members, and customers
* Negotiate and drive consensus to achieve project and business goals
* Work with cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, business, legal, compliance) to create new processes
* Be available for varying experience levels and on‑site work five days per week
Requirements
* Familiarity with development lifecycles for silicon product and IP development
* Ability to manage multiple complex projects with xjrgpwk prioritization and delegation
* Ownership mentality to drive issue resolution with diverse groups
* Participation in annual planning and defining timelines
* Experience coordinating development and manufacturing tasks to schedules
* Strong communication skills to keep management, teams, and customers aligned
* Conflict resolution and consensus‑building skills
* Experience working with cross‑functional teams to create new processes
