Responsibilities
* Play a key role in the daily management of OneStream applications supporting Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
* Provide essential assistance in troubleshooting both functional and technical issues to ensure seamless user experience.
* Contribute to the creation of clear documentation, user training materials, and actively engage in projects driving continuous improvement and innovation.
* Collaborate with internal teams and users to gather insights and transform requirements into effective, functional solutions.
* Assist in configuring and customizing the OneStream platform to meet evolving business needs, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* Genuine interest and foundational knowledge in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with a preference for experience in core business processes such as financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges with a logical and solution-oriented mindset.
* Fluent in Italian and proficient in Business English, both written and spoken.
