We are looking for a
European Customs Compliance Manager
— a specialist who understands customs requirements, can interpret regulations, communicate confidently with authorities, and implement customs declaration services in new EU Member States.
Your role will include representing the company in existing markets and expanding our operational footprint across Europe.

Key Responsibilities
Implement customs declaration services (T1, T2, import, export) in new EU Member States.
Establish system access, authorisations, operational processes and internal guidelines.
Represent the company in customs authorities: meetings, correspondence, compliance matters.
Register the company with customs authorities in new markets and obtain required permits and guarantees.
Analyse customs legislation across EU countries and translate it into operational procedures.
Develop internal instructions and ensure adherence across the organisation.
Ensure continuous operational readiness and smooth cooperation with customs institutions.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in customs authorities, customs brokerage, or representation.
Strong knowledge of EU customs legislation and the ability to apply it in practice.
Experience working with governmental bodies.
Excellent English (written and spoken). Additional EU languages are an advantage.
High level of independence, responsibility, accuracy and problem-solving ability.
