Ph3Franchise Lead – Multiple Myeloma /h3 pbLocation: /b GSK Verona, Italy /p pbEmployment type: /b Full-time, Permanent /p pbMission /b /p pDrive the national success of the Franchise by ensuring strong commercial performance, launch excellence, market development, and a high-performance culture. The Franchise Lead owns the PL, defines the strategic direction, and leads Sales Marketing teams, ensuring full cross-functional alignment and consistency with GSK’s global and regional priorities. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p pbStrategy Governance /b /p ul liOwn the bFranchise PL /b, driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and delivery of business objectives. /li liTranslate global and regional strategy into a clear, actionable bNational Franchise Plan /b. /li liLead blaunch readiness /b and blifecycle management /b for Franchise assets, including new indications and launches /li liChair bcross-functional governance /b (Medical, Market Access, IHSM, Regulatory, Supply), ensuring defined stage gates and clear decision rights. /li liOversee the development and execution of bIntegrated Launch/Asset Plans /b, including evidence dissemination, access milestones, and supply chain readiness. /li /ul pbGo-to-Market Commercial Excellence /b /p ul liDesign the bgo-to-market model /b, optimizing segmentation, targeting, and territory planning to maximize penetration and ROI. /li liLead the bomnichannel commercial strategy /b, ensuring promotional compliance and delivering a compelling customer experience. /li liDevelop differentiated bvalue propositions /b based on clinical insights, real-world evidence, and unmet needs in multiple myeloma. /li liPartner with Market Access on bHTA, pricing and access strategy /b, integrating clinical evidence and system value. /li /ul pbPeople Leadership Field Readiness /b /p ul liLead and develop Marketing and Sales teams, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance. /li liEnsure bfield readiness /b through role-based training, coaching, objection-handling tools and sessions, and sales enablement programs. /li liEnable partnerships with bExternal Experts, scientific societies, patient associations /b, and bHematology Accounts /b acting as the key external representative for GSK. /li /ul pbBusiness Performance Continuous Improvement /b /p ul liConduct performance reviews using defined bKPIs /b, applying a test–learn–scale approach for post-launch optimization. /li liEnsure coordination across bsupply, demand planning, distribution, and patient support programs /b. /li liIdentify and implement binnovative initiatives to expand access /b and improve outcomes for patients living with multiple myeloma. /li /ul pbExperience Skills /b /p pbProfessional Experience /b /p ul lib10+ years /b in commercial and/or marketing roles in the pharmaceutical industry, with bat least 3 years /b leading launches and cross‑functional launch governance. /li libStrong experience in /b bOncology or Onco‑Hematology /b, preferably including multiple myeloma or similarly complex therapeutic areas. /li liProven track record in managing and growing strategic franchises or high‑priority assets. /li liPreference for profiles with Global or Regional launch experience with experience leading Oncology product launches including cross‑functional readiness, stakeholder engagement, commercialization strategy and measurable market access/uptake outcomes. /li liProven experience in customer insight generation, commercial analytics and performance measurement. /li liFluent in Italian and English language (spoken and written) is required. /li /ul pbTechnical Leadership Skills /b /p ul liDemonstrated partnership with bMedical Affairs, Market Access /b, bGovernment Affairs /b and enabling functions, with ability to translate evidence into compelling value narratives. /li liStrong people leadership, decisive execution, and excellent executive communication. /li liProficiency in bdata analytics, AI tools /b, CRM systems, and omnichannel platforms. /li liExperience in bfield force effectiveness /b, change leadership, and capability‑building within commercial teams. /li /ul pWe are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
