We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are driven to succeed, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The primary objective of the sales director is to lead, coach and develop our sales team, enabling sustainable and profitable growth. /ppbJob Description / Responsibilities /b /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead direct reports through one-on-one coaching; developing consultative selling skills, which includes pre-call planning objectives and questioning strategies. /liliWork closely with cross functional leaders in the organisation to ensure we achieve profitable and sustainable growth, all while providing exceptional customer experiences. /liliRecruit and develop a high performing sales team. /liliProficient in using CRM data to maintain accurate forecasts and develop metrics allowing us to determine the success of our current sales strategies. /liliConduct reviews of transactions and trends (won / lost reasons, close rates, pipeline health, etc.) to develop / recommend strategies and tactics to improve our success. /liliWork closely with marketing team to develop / implement targeted marketing strategies. /liliParticipate in and represent the organisation at trade shows, conferences, and seminars; and assist with other marketing efforts as needed. /liliMaintain and enhance professional and technical knowledge through review of professional publications, establishment of professional networks, and participation in professional organizations /liliActively lead, facilitate, and participate in sales meetings, virtual and on-site customer meetings, product seminars, trade shows and similar events and activities as required. /liliTravel extensively with team to support scheduled customer meetings, trade-shows, training workshops, and corporate meetings. 50% + travel required. /liliCustomer Facing extensive /liliExhibit strong verbal and written communication skills. /liliDemonstrate a professional demeanor with a strong work ethic, representing Barry-Wehmillier with high integrity. /liliCan collaborate, inspire, motivate at a high level across our entire organization and direct reports /liliAbility to communicate and present complex information in a concise, compelling, and positive manner. /li /ulpbMinimum Qualifications : /b /pulliBachelor’s Degree + a minimum of 10 years related sales and / or sales leadership experience /liliDemonstrated track record of sales success (achievements, rankings, stats) /liliProficient in use of CRM systems, leveraging data / insights to identify opportunities and aid in decision-making. /liliA professional demeanor that encompasses Barry Wehmiller’s core values and guiding principles /liliExperience in capital equipment and / or packaging sales preferred /liliDemonstrated leadership and analytical skills /liliMotivates and Inspires /liliCoaching disciplines and passion /liliEffective presentation and negotiation skills /liliExcellent listening and communication skills /li /ulpbADA Requirements : /b /pulliExtensive travel by air and car - 50%+ /liliCompany information lines and corporate values are described elsewhere; the organization seeks candidates with experiences and talents beyond pure technical skills. /li /ulpbCompany : /b BW Flexible Systems /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
