Responsibilities include ensuring timely, on-budget delivery aligned with strategic objectives.What you will doClient ManagementServe as primary point of contact, maintaining strong relationships.Understand client needs and communicate them to the delivery team.Update clients on progress, manage expectations, and address issues promptly.Collaborate with Sales Accounts to grow the business.Project DeliveryLead planning, execution, and delivery of projects.Develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and manage schedules.Monitor performance, report progress, and adjust plans.Team LeadershipOversee team of project managers and coordinators.Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.Manage multiple projects under pressure.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve delivery processes.Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.Ensure compliance with policies and standards.Risk ManagementIdentify and mitigate project risks.Monitor and manage risks and issues, escalating as needed.Understand industry landscape and emerging technologies.Anticipate client needs and identify new business opportunities.QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; Master's or PMP preferred.5-10 years of experience in project or delivery management.Proven experience managing end-to-end, complex, system integration projects on multiple technologies.Proficiency with project management tools (e.G., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
CompensationBase salary range: €43,500 – €79,500 (per annum).
