Qualifications
* Proven experience in luxury retail.
* Excellent sales skills, with a strong aptitude for negotiation and closing.
* Fluency in both Italian and English.
* Good knowledge of main IT tools (MS Office suite) and a strong digital attitude.
* Networking: Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.
* Clienteling: Skill in managing and developing a loyal client portfolio.
* Curiosity: Desire to learn and stay updated on industry trends and brand novelties.
* Negotiation and Sale Closing: Strong results‑orientation and ability to effectively guide the sales process to completion.
