We're seeking a Senior Design Strategist who sees the big picture, someone passionate about
discovery, able to uncover insights from markets, trends, users, and beyond, and translate them into clear opportunities driving impact across design, product, and brand. As a connector across
disciplines, you'll leverage research methods, data analysis, design knowledge, creativity, and strategic thinking to turn ambiguity into clarity. Your work will boost advanced and production vehicle programs, align cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that inspire decision-makers at every level.

What you'll do
- Develop & Lead the strategic design direction for advanced and production vehicle programs - from early research to product definition.
- Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, user, and trend analyses to uncover opportunities for new product design and experiences.
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods, to validate insights, inform stakeholders, and reinforce recommendations.
- Build clear positioning frameworks and narratives that simplify complexity and facilitate decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct creative workshops and mentor junior colleagues.
- Deliver effective presentations with clear, persuasive storytelling.
- Impact projects Inspiring executives and partners with fresh solutions and perspectives.
What You Bring
- 5–8 years in Design, Product Strategy, or Research (Background in automotive or familiarity with the Chinese market is a plus)
- A natural trend-spotter, curious about the evolution of culture, markets, technology, and mobility, with a solid understanding of automotive design and customer behavior
- Strong communicator with excellent analytical, creative, and storytelling skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); with outstanding presentation skills
- Flexible and able to manage challenging or ambiguous tasks under time pressure, combining
a collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
