Learning & Development Network - Maternity Leave role at Generali.
The intern will be included in the Managerial Network Training and Development service, which defines and organizes the system of development of managerial, relational and technical-commercial skills to support the evolution of the role of the Financial Consultant through the definition of targeted paths consistent with professional growth objectives.
It promotes actions dedicated to spreading corporate values throughout the Commercial Networks and strengthening their sense of belonging to the company and the Generali Group.
The successful candidate will support the team in the management of the following activities:
Responsibilities
Understand and collect training needs related to Banca Generali core products and services
Contribute to create and deliver tailor-made development paths aimed at Sales Network Managers' and Financial Advisors' professional and personal growth, through focus groups, training classes on the field, live webinars, experiential labs, skills assessments
Plan courses and/or webinars focused on managerial and behavioral matters in coordination with other Banca Generali Departments and/or external trainers
Draft training plans managing all the activities related: contacts with suppliers, communication to participants, logistics, materials/slides, data analysis and reporting, feedback analysis
Organize training classes on the field both from an educational and logistical point of view, taking part where necessary in the delivery of the course
Manage, update, develop BGLab, Banca Generali digital platform dedicated to financial advisors' training, in coordination with the rest of the team
The selected candidate will work from our Milan Office with a hybrid working mode
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Communication, Marketing, Educational Sciences
Good knowledge of communication and marketing
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of the Italian language
Results orientation and problem solving ability
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, as well as presentation skills including the ability to create and deliver engaging and well-structured presentations
Team player focused on Sales Network needs and able to discuss and share ideas
Organizational and planning ability, detail-oriented
Nice to have
Flexibility and ability to manage complexities and changes
Intellectual curiosity, creativity, analytical and listening skills, critical thinking with a constant will to know and test new training experiences/tools
Proactiveness in identifying challenges/opportunities and in recommending solutions
Knowledge of the main principles of communication
