Please let us know if we can support you with reasonable accommodations throughout the application process by contacting our team via Request accommodation at eu.averydennison.com. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliThis role is to plan part of production dictating the timing of delivery and lead times and determining the priorities of execution of the department. /liliThis position will work closely together with the Commercial Department, and cooperating closely with departments / offices involved in the production process. /liliActivities may include, but are not limited to: /liliCollaboration with the Sales / Customer Service office, during the confirmation of the orders to the customers, provides direct feedback about the feasibility of the delivery terms of finished products. /liliOptimize the production plan to guarantee the right service level to the Customers and achieve KPI set by the Corporate. /liliMonitor the production working progress defining alternative programs that could optimize the production capacity and consequently the tools management. /liliCollaborate with the purchasing and logistics depts in order to establish delivery terms from suppliers and reports any priorities /liliIn collaboration with the Department Heads prepare the working plans. /liliMonitor the productivity of individual department machines. /liliMonitor the working progress verifying that the production schedule is respected. /liliAnalyze and plan material requirements by determining the quantity and date materials are needed to ensure optimal inventory levels. /liliContribute in new Projects development, creating planning models for new businesses. /liliEnsure a consistent presence on the shop floor to verify the alignment between the digital production schedule and actual line progress, identifying potential constraints early /liliProduction Sequencing Changeover Optimization: Define the optimal production sequence to minimize setup times and machine downtime, balancing efficiency with delivery urgency. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s Degree required (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering). /lili4-6 years SML or related experience preferred. /liliStrong analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail-oriented. /liliKnowledge of MRP and Lean Manufacturing logics. /liliAbility to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements. /liliAbility to conduct research, prepare comprehensive reports and present complex statistical information in a clear and succinct manner /liliAbility to work well with all levels of management and employees. /liliExcellent in Microsoft Office usage (in particular Excel) /liliFluent in Italian and English /liliProblem-Solving on the Fly: Proven ability to make quick, effective decisions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment when production deviations occur. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3pWho we are! - Our Story: Each of us, Every day!
