Scope: The Professional Education & Development Specialist will support the Professional Team with internal and external trainings, Customers’ meetings and ECPs Coaching, Administrative activities. Location: Pomezia, Pratica di Mare (RM) Full time: 50% office/ 50% field Fixed Time: 12 months You will be responsible for: - Managing internal inductions for new resources and external coaching days for Eye Care practitioners - Supporting the Professional department for ECPs virtual classrooms and presentations - Supporting the creation of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
