The Warranty Auditor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and auditing warranty claims submitted by dealership departments to ensure compliance with warranty policies and internal guidelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesAudit warranty repair orders and claims to ensure accuracy and completenessVerify proper documentation including technician notes, diagnostic results, parts usage, and labor timesEnsure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and proceduresIdentify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraudulent claims
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Management, Engineering, or related field degree preferred)2+ years of experience in warranty administration, audit, or dealership aftersales operationsStrong knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelinesStrong analytical and detail-oriented skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExperience working within multi-country or regional structures preferredFluency in English required; additional European languages are an advantage
Preferred SkillsExperience with automotive warranty auditingUnderstanding of automotive repair operationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting toolsStrong problem-solving ability
