The Billing Specialist has the primary responsibility for accurate invoice coordination and submissions.

Essential Functions
* Handle the active billing process
* Calculate, verify and handle commissions
* Monitor and resolve billing issues (e.g., invoice rejections)
* Manage Administration of agency contracts
* Handle the collection and retrieval of documentation from field personnel
* Perform all administrative tasks required to ensure office efficiency
* Support and backup for order and credit collection activities
Required/Preferred Education And Experience
* Bachelor's degree or diploma - administrative/economic focus
* At least 2 years of prior professional experience in billing and accounts receivable
* Knowledge of the main billing processes and administrative procedures
* Preferable experience in companies interacting with Public Administration, along with knowledge of related processes and administrative workflows
* Good knowledge of the English language
* Good knowledge of MS Office - particularly Excel and Power Point - and familiarity with ERP systems (Navision Microsoft Dynamics)
* Assertive, respectful, friendly, team-oriented character
* Organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
* Flexibility, organization and attention to detail
