We are seeking a motivated and proactive Project Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital marketing initiatives for a global brand. This client‑facing role requires a solid foundation in project management, strong communication skills and an understanding of digital processes.

* Independent Management: You will be responsible for managing projects with autonomy and accountability.
* Technical Understanding: A solid grasp of digital technologies and web development processes is crucial; knowledge of Drupal CMS is a plus.
* Communication Excellence: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication is essential for success.
* Stakeholder Management: Experience managing a variety of stakeholders, including marketing, content, technical and analytics teams.
What You’ll Do
* End‑to‑End Project Management: Manage the full lifecycle of digital promotions and contests, from initial client briefing and concept development through to final release and post‑launch hypercare.
* Client Relationship Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for the client. Proactively engage with the client to thoroughly understand their marketing objectives, brand guidelines and specific requirements.
* Requirements Gathering & Scoping: Lead discovery sessions with the client to capture detailed project requirements, objectives and success metrics. Develop clear project briefs, scope documents and functional specifications that align with client expectations.
* Cross‑Functional Team Coordination: Collaborate effectively with all project stakeholders, including:
* Technical Development Teams: Coordinate efforts, manage timelines and ensure technical feasibility.
* UX/UI Designers: Ensure optimal user experience and visual alignment with brand standards.
* Content Managers: Support content creation, localisation and integration.
* Data Analytics Teams: Coordinate on tracking and performance analysis.
* Quality Assurance: Oversee testing phases to ensure flawless execution across various devices and platforms.
* Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot issues and drive solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
* Communication & Reporting: Provide regular, clear updates on project status, risks and timelines. Lead client meetings and prepare project reports.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven Experience: 3–5 years in client‑facing project management roles within a digital agency or similar, particularly in digital marketing activations such as contests or branded promotions.
* Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently, with strong delivery focus. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
* Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of web development and CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal).
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal). Additional languages are a plus.
* Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables.
* Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing multiple projects.
* Organizational Skills: Excellent prioritization, time management and multitasking.
* Certifications: Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.) are a plus.
